MIXED METAPHOR SOFTWARE was created by Ben Spees in 1993. Over the years the MMSW staff has more than doubled with the addition of Josh Rothman to the team in September of 1994. Ben and Josh, with the help of a few other high school types, turned Derrat Sorcerum into a commercial CD-ROM game. Along with other shareware releases, MMSW has a history of producing high-quality products on low budgets, and of focusing more on value and less on Hollywood actors. Now, with the addition of freelance musician Eric Speier and artist-for-hire John Sledd, Mixed Metaphor hopes to continue that tradition with Contagion, our upcoming release.
